Fresh buns

Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
Method
Mix warm water, oil and yeast let stand for 10 minutes
Stir in salt and beaten egg into the mixture
Add flour gradually let rise for 15 minutes
Mold into balls and let rise for 20 min
Bake at 180 degrees C in a greased tray
For glazing mix 3 tablespoons melted butter with honey and brush on top of hot baked buns
