Marinated Stewed Fish and Ugali

We meet to get up


Crushed garlic cloves(10)
Crushed tangawizi(ginger)
2 pieces Boneless fish (Skinless)
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon cooking salt
3 diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste

30 minutes

1. Mix the crushed garlic and ginger and then paste it on both sides of the fish chops.Refrigerate for 15minutes.

2. Remove the fish from fridge,fry the onions till brown add the salt and 3 chopped tomatoes along with 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. Let it simmer and you can add any other spice like bell peppers,thyme and crushed garlic cloves.

3.Add the fish chops,to the mixture and let it simmer for five minutes before turning. Lastly check if the fish is well cooked and switch off the gas and serve the food along with Rice or Ugali.
