500 grams of fresh betting mushrooms
1 lemon filet
2 tablespoons liquid cream 12% MG
50 grams of roquefort
1 pinch of celery salt
1 pinch of pepper in 5 bay mix
• Clean mushrooms and rinse quickly under cold water. Dry them.
• Place the 4 mm disc on the multifunction bowl and detail the mushrooms.
• Add fresh cream, roquefort into small pieces, salt, pepper and lemon filet into a mini-bowl. Mix until liquid cream is obtained and homogeneous.
• Pour the sauce into a bowl, add mushrooms and mix well.
• Reserve until fresh.
