1/2 red cabbage
1 tablespoon of vinegar - For the sauce
1 Green apples - Granny smith
1 tablespoon mustard - For the sauce
100 grams of raisins
1 pinch of salt and pepper
100 grams of nuts
1 yoghurt - For the sauce
Mixing interval control
Remove the first leaf from the red cabbage and cut it with the multifunction bowl with the thin-blade disc.
Peel the apple and grate it with the grating disc.
Arrange the cabbage, apple, nuts and raisins in a bowl and mix.
FOR SAUCE: In a bowl mix all the elements (yogurt, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper).
Sprinkle the salad with the sauce when serving.
