Rillettes of sardines

We meet to get up


1 boxes sardines
3 tablespoons white cheese
1 yellow lemon
Herbs (option)


Drain the sardines and crush them with a fork

Add the white cheese gradually, mixing until the desired texture is obtained

Squeeze the lemon, and add 1/4 of the lemon juice

Season according to your taste (more lemon, salt, some herbs like oregano, marjoram ...)

To be served with vegetables to dip or on small bread toasts.
