100 milliliters of dry white wine
500 milliliters of fish stock
500 milliliters of chicken stock
100 milliliters of fresh cream - whole

300 grams of smoked haddock fillet (s) - no coloring
1 tablespoon parsley - chopped
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Cut the onions and garlic into the Multi-Pro bowl equipped with the fine slicing disc
Cut into celery celery, leeks and fennel.

Add the onions, garlic, leeks and celery and fry until softened
