Spaghetti with black beans-Njahi

4 servings

2 cups boiled Njahi
1 onion
2 Tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 bunch dhania
100 g spaghetti
Cooking vegetable oil

1 hour

Fry your onion untill it gets translucent. Add your chopped green pepper and tomato. Cover them and allow them to cook for a minute

Add your njahi and salt to taste, add a little water and allow it to simmer. Add your chopped dhania let them cook for a minute stir in the ingredients and set aside.

Boil about a litre water in another sufuria. Add salt to taste and a little cooking oil.

Half your spaghetti and add it to the boiling water. Allow it to simmer. Set aside once cooked let it rest a bit before serving.

Enjoy with your avocado
