Ingredients for 4 servings
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 pea wasabi (or more according to the compatibility of your palate with piquant)
Some fresh soybean shoots (mung beans)
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
5 g of salted butter
Cook the previously peeled carrot in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cut into small sticks.
Mix mayonnaise and wasabi in a bowl.
Wash radish with a little stem. Cut them lengthwise.
Brown the breadcrumbs in a frying pan.
Place a dash of mayonnaise on the plate. Carrot sticks, half radishes and soy sprouts are the perfect ingredients. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Throw in some chiseled garden herbs. Admire the work. Serve, smile.
