20 cl whole cream
20 cl semi-skimmed milk
150 g icing sugar
500 g strawberries
These proportions are also suitable with peaches, lychees, mango or any other fruit likely to please you
Put the ice cream maker in the freezer the night before and put it back on the ice for the next few times.
Mix the cream, milk, icing sugar and strawberries in the blender. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Mix gently for 15 minutes then increase the speed for 20 minutes.
Then two options are available to you. Either you serve the ice immediately in your most beautiful ramequins or you transfer it in a tank and reserve it in the freezer the time that your guests come to table.
