INGREDIENTS
300 grams of leek (s)
500 grams of apple (s) of land
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion (s) - (200 gr)
1 liter of chicken broth
250 milliliters of milk
100 grams of cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch of chopped chives

Peel vegetables and wash them

Install the multifunction bowl equipped with the large slicing disc on the robot. Slice the onions and the leek, then the potatoes.

Put the butter in the Cooking Chef Bowl

Install the Mixer

Set the maximum temperature and the speed to "mix 1"

When the butter is hot, add the leeks and onion

Bake at 120 C for 10 minutes at speed "mixture 1". Add chicken broth and potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

When boiling resumes, bake at 105 C for 30 minutes at speed "mixture 3".

Once the cooking is complete, set the temperature to 90 C and add milk, cream and a pinch of nutmeg. Leave to heat for about 5 minutes on speed "mixture 3".

Pour half the mixture into the blender and mix until smooth.

MIxer the second half.

Serve cold sprinkled with chopped chives.
