White rice

2 kg long grain rice
to taste salt
500 g peas
6 pieces carrots
50 ml cooking oil

30 mins

Boil water in a sufuria and add salt to taste

Put little cooking oil followed by rice

Give it time to boil until its well done

Cut the carrots into cubes

Boil the peas separately

Mix the rice,carrots and peas in a seperate sufuria

Start with little rice add peas followed by peas and mix them well using a kitchen fork.

Mix until it is well mixed

Serve the food
